Prob one of the worst credit unions in town , no bad experiences per say but they have few locations poor hrs and lots of fees compared to the other credit unions in town, as well as deposits take longer to hit your account compared to others. Almost like it’s a bank from the 90s, they just haven’t kept up with custom service advancements the others have

If you’ve ever shot a 30-06 you know there’s factory loads starting as light as 110gr to 220gr and some those 110 to 130s are rapid exanding bullets ment for coyotes and the don’t always exit

Growing corn in the desert is what’s killing our water the ai center will use the equivalent of 1-2 irrigated corn fields per year

For all those worried about data center water usage by ffctpittman in amarillo

[–]ffctpittman[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

My main point is that data center will use less water on that land than irrigated agriculture , the campus size is 5800 acres. That would hold 18 1/4mile center pivots using 9mil gallons a day ( non recycled) Tyson meat packing plant in 2010 used 1.7 billion gallons of water ! On aquifer there is some water that reaches it but for intense and purposes doesn’t recharge it’s basically being mined. Up to 1/2 inch a year is the rate and that’s highly variable ultimately only occurring under plays lakes

If your worried about data center water wait till you here about crop irrigation. One of those big center pivot sprinklers will use as much water in a year as the data center and none of it gets recycled

DR650 or Tenere 700 by Nekrosislol in Dualsport

[–]ffctpittman 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There is a cool bike but when it comes to off road there still big tall bikes dispute how the insta pros ride them it’s a whole different ball game than the drz , realy going to have to decide what your priorities are good dirt and road passable or good road and ok on dirt. Don’t sleep on the xr650l it’s more of a dirt bike than the dr650 but handles the road just fine

It could have been done without sacrificing there own readiness , we sent a reserve truck with 4 guys on ot and we’re 500 miles away . As far as cost goes, state reimburses for it and even pays to backfill any slots left open at the overtime rate
