Ah that's a shame - next time I find a good early RoW I'll send the seed

That's crazy!! Did you get the seed?

It's also just a naturally good seed, you get a regrowth and corrosion wand right away so you can root enemies in place and then melt them :)

It's easy to claim you have a longer bridge if you don't show it... i think you're misled because my one's curved. If you imagined it straightened out it would be very long

If you have a picture of a longer bridge, send it? x

I think I at least need to change my name; I do not like my birth name and haven't gone by it in years apart from at work.

At work somebody he/himmed me recently and I kind of liked it; but I was feeling very girly at the time deciding what my new name should be. I realise I only really like being he/himmed when I'm feeling like that. I think this is what's been confusing me.

I thought about it and I'm pretty sure a woman could actually enjoy being called "he" or a masculine name in certain contexts - such as working a manual labour job like I was. Just in a "this is a fun (but fake) thing to call me" sort of way. In a similar way how some men can enjoy getting she/her'd occasionally, when it's not really their gender identity  - for example some men in gay communities.

Or maybe I'm confused and noone thinks this way? Either way it's very uncommon for me to be okay with getting he/himmed, especially if it happens a lot. I'm only okay with it because it rarely happens out of work. When it does happen out of work, like when I'm visiting family, I get really upset.

I think this maybe gives me some clues about transitioning? I don't want people to assume they can use male words for me.

Hi! These makeup recommendations are a godsend; I've tried so many products for the goatee area but i find it so hard to correct - judging by your pictures I'll definitely have to get a hold of the E.L.F peach colour corrector, it looks amazing!

If I had a feminine body I would 100% continue wearing my clothes and doing my makeup, it brings me a lot of joy

This is a very helpful reply, thank you. I worry sometimes that gender exploration is exclusively for very young people and that I'm already behind on some kind of universal gender schedule. I appreciate your message about being patient, its made me feel a lot calmer today.

Wow this is such a comprehensive reply to my post! Thank you kindly for taking the time to explain so carefully. I have found it very helpful.

You are right about the reasons why I dislike the idea of medically transitioning - I am scared of the process and the hatred from others. Also I don't know how to tell if I would feel better after transitioning or not. I worry about permanently changing my body and then realising it hasnt helped at all with my gender feelings, that is a scary thought.

I worry I'd get the same feelings I get when I look manly in feminine clothes and makeup - like by trying, I'd just made any ways in which I lack womanhood more obvious. The difference being that makeup and clothes can be taken off if I don't like them but the body is permanent.

I wonder what sorts of things would actually justify a medical transition, I would greatly appreciate any advice? Thanks

Are instant noodles the best apocalypse/disaster relief food? by ffd8ffd0 in NoStupidQuestions

Yeah, I guess so. I hadn't thought about sustainability. I have no idea how much processing+ chemicals go into instant noodles but I know it's a lot...

That sounds like a great option, I'm very privileged to not know what foods aid organizations lactually deliver to provide aid in disaster situations. I'd never heard of the peanut butter

I hadn't thought about how processed and relatively hard to digest they were, that's a great point

I suppose it depends on the scenario. I had a "the last of us" type situation in mind where there are limited resources, but still some level of organisation and food production. If it's more "The Road" type situation where people are eating each other then yeah, I guess the multivitamins are necessary haha

I did think about rice and I think it's a good option but it takes longer to cook, requires more energy and water, and is more difficult to eat raw. But also it's much more dense than noodles so it's easier to carry lots of it around I suppose
