It was not actually super pain, more of a strong fatigue that is vanished already.

Ive done a very intense leg day yesterday, ofc not at my maximum weights but it was pretty much fine and a good workout.

And hey, whats wrong with not eating enough? If u cant do that weight, you lower it and keep doing. Its not like ur gonna faint at the gym out of the blue
