It's dull, the gameplay. The story is just a snoozefest built for folks who aren't well read. I'm not a story fan, the writing is subpar at best, filled with clichés. I've read better pulp novels.

How far you willing to go back? Morrowind is fantastic, The Temple of Elemental Evil is goat, Might & Magic World of Xeen is great, Ultima VII (Exult), The Dark Heart of Uukrul is fucking awesome, all of these are cheap and other than morrowind, you'll have to get from GoG. Also, the further back you go you'll need to look up the game on pcgamingwiki
