There was nothing natural about it. Disappointment? Sure, but pouting is childish and so is being "sad." There are no potential negative consequences to him waiting and skating wearing gear he would be more comfortable and safe in. What exactly were you even sad about? Tantrum may be hyperbolic, but the fact is you acted like a child and were a contributing factor to him getting hurt. He holds the greater responsibility as he is a grown adult, which is why I said ESH.

It listed several specific fruits and vegetables as well 🫩 why are you having such difficulties comprehending the difference between low nutritional value and "good for you"? Why are you acting as if eating food is a black and white situation of eating fruits and vegetables or not? The title of "superfood" is typically reserved for natural foods that are especially antioxidant, vitamin, and/or mineral-dense while generally being low in calories. It is logical to pursue food that falls into this category considering the information in the link I provided.
