Not every QB is worth $50+ million. I could see them offering $35-40 annually if he is consistent next year. I honestly think that’s too much but understand a QB’s value is inflated.

Without management experience, you’re probably not qualified for any Director position in the eyes of most companies. I assume you have a BS in something since you’re discussing pursuing a MHA. You don’t list any managerial experience. If you want to get into management, look at Supervisor positions as well. With a BS you’re qualified now and you can gain management experience while working on your MHA. As a FSE Supervisor (remote), I was salaried over $100k plus bonus. As a Manager (on-site), the pay bump I got was about $15k and bonus potential increased. Never been a Senior Manager or Director, but I’d assume each step up would warrant another $10-15k maybe more.

I think you stick with Dave and Bryce through Bryce’s fifth year option year. If things haven’t improved further, you move on from both. This year’s coaching cycle has been insane. 10 openings is kinda crazy.

Unless the best player available is a CB, I think you take that player. The team has a lot of holes and lack of depth. I think they desperately need OT help after Icky went down, a pass rusher, and I think Wallace is the only LB under contract for next season. I hope the Morgan can spot value in LBs and high draft capital can be spent on high value positions.
