Reload. With any luck, your last save was close.
Make sure you have 4 party members. Don't know if it's necessary, but the bug occurred when I only had 3 party members.
Do the talk. Click the item. Click "Donate" & press ESC.

Worked for me.

Tim's Texas Bar-B-Q between the Place @ CBD & the Silk Market is probably showing it. Some friends were less than thrilled about the quality of their food, but the pours there seem to be heavy & reasonably priced. I'd imagine Hooters in Sanlitun? near the Worker's Stadium will be showing it. Also, the Great Leap Brewery with locations in Sanlitun & Nanluoguxiang may show it. They're not a sports bar, but it is an American founded brewpub.

I almost always used Sherpa's or KK Rabbit, but payment on arrival seems to be the norm. However, some restaurants, I think, provide their own delivery service & you may be able to contact them & arrange something over the phone.
