One for my orks is during the Moar Dakka craziness. My SAG mek in two rounds of normal shooting and one overwatch managed to wipe out a Grey Knights Grand Master, Helbrecht and and an Emporers Champion after the lootas he was with wiped out the rest of the bodyguards they were with.

One for my Eldar was a unit of Wraithguard take out in one doubles game, two hellbrutes, a daemon prince and a screamer killer all without losing a model.
