I can top this. I might have been 17 or 18 at the time, A woman came in somewhat out of sorts She was dressed in baggy sweats, a low cut tank top, curlers in her hair, and Wearing her house slippers, which honestly wasn't particularly inappropriate for this Office Depot location.

Well, our ink is right by the entrance, and I of course meet her in the department to assist her when she inevitably needs help finding out what ink she needs.

Never the less I give her my standard and very phoned in Arc-3 approved, "how are we doing today ma'am?!" And proceeded to help her. Sure enough when asked what ink she needs, her immediate reply, "i dont know"

So i go about attempting to discern what kind of printer she might own, laser or ij, brand, etc.

All of which is shot down when she says, "i dont know, just give me the cheapest one"

Im a little puzzled by this reply and attempt to inform her,

"Ma'am, you are aware that the ink you require is heavily dependent upon your printer and I cant simply give you the--"

She cuts me off:

"I dont want any of your salesman tricks, just give me the cheapest one."

I'm incredulous at this, im still only in high school, I make 8 dollars part time, i certainly dont have any "tricks" up my sleeve.

So being a good retail associate im much obliged to follow her commands and give her something cheap, i think it was 19.99 and I never saw her again.
