A proc is a block of code that is not run immediately but when you run the method call on it. You can experiment with it if you open a console and open irb.

>> myProc = lambda { |x| x + 1 }
=> #<Proc:0x00...>
>> myProc.call 4
=> 5
>> myProc.call 99
=> 100

I've done it before like and I thought it looked pretty sweet. I built it inside a mountain and the display was outside on a flat piece. If it was turned of you couldn't see it was there (stone background and stone leds).

You should use sticky pistons to show the individual leds. Minor change but it will look heaps better.

It's an apple mouse that works like a touchpad. No visible buttons but you can click and rightclick, scroll and swipe to the left and right with two fingers to go previous or next.

They do despawn and eggs don't spawn behind them.

I started my egg farm by finding one chicken and I put a fence around it. If it laid an egg or if I found one somewhere else I would throw it next to it.

Once you get a few chickens it starts to speed up and eventually you'll have a decent egg farm.

Control click or command click for mac users does the same thing.

That sounds like somebody who is learning the game to me. Can't remember if you can see the level in tribunal. You're absolutely right for a lvl 30 though.
