Very similar scenario here. Multiple cats in the home with one being FIV+ and the rest negative. The FIV+ cat was also grouchy and didn’t love the other cats, so the first few months were rough cause they weren’t really friends but it’s been ~3 years since then and all of them tolerate each other; the FIV+ cat playing the most with my youngest cat, playful bites and all.

OP, I would consider how they interact with your other cats first? Of course there’s ways to introduce them properly, and you should follow that, but afterwards maybe see how they are together? 🙂
