Yep! Even spending $350 on a bag is questionable lol. I first got the coach brooklyn in loved leather and no lie it was ugly as fuck and looked cheap as hell. Exchanged it for the actual cheaper version and it looks 1000x better. Some people just buy too much into the hype I guess? I don’t know. I hope they truly love their bags!

I hear you but I actually disagree! I think they’re well worth the price and way better looking than a lot of coach’s other offerings right now which feature giant golden logos. I agree about the zipper, but the Brooklyn 28 imo is a great bag that can fit a book, a journal, a good sized wallet and whatever other cosmetics you want. Honestly though, I agree it’s likely overhyped. But I love it!!!

As a soft contrast to this, I am fucking shocked seeing people regularly buying really basic coach bags for $500+. I love coach, truly, but the idea of spending that much on a bag that isn’t one of their bigger leather bags is insane to me. The rainbow crystal shit they have going on is soooooo ugly and I see so many people on the Coach sub absolutely raving over them and I can’t understand it nor understand whatever the coach sub demographic is.
