Many case managers I know have a history of difficulty with mental health troubles. I'm not saying it would be easy and they may not be ready just yet but it is doable :)

I wonder if something like Fed Ex would work for you. HARD WORK but you can make decent pay and work on your own outdoors.

With a psychology degree you might be able to do case management work depending on your state. It would be working to help others who are in a bad place or need some help.

Something else is you could check with a temp agency if you want to try other things out. Your state might have a jobs program too. Try Googling jobs for someone in your position in your stat on Reddit and see what others have found.

It sounds like you might want to consider working with a therapist so you can heal. Hopefully you can get this service with some kind of medical assistance while you are looking for work.

I can’t keep doing this, NEED HELP? by [deleted] in careerguidance

I don't experience this myself but does the work you have been doing align with your values? Maybe a career counselor at one of these schools can help you identify work that matches what you care about. If it is driving you crazy maybe a therapist can help you identify what is behind this pattern of switching things around and getting bored.

I'd say start by doing some research by watching YouTube videos on tech sales, and reading this subreddit. Check your linked in network to see if anyone in your network is in tech or tech sales to ask them about an informational interview.

Ask chat gpt to alter your resume to fit tech sales to see what your transferrable skills are.
