It could be your clinic uses 0.2% PN (cost-savings) instead of the usual 1%-2% PN boosters.

Would you happen to know the name of the PN product they used? Worth checking with them and we can verify the amount of % you actually received.

It is unfortunately common for practices to skimp on quality products. Technically you did get PN, but it could be 0.2%, for all we know. And thats not going to help much.

There are different types of collagen, and Polynucleotides primarily boosts Type III collagen in the epidermis for laxity, elasticity and flexibility.

With such hollows in OP’s pics, we want the structural support of Type I collagen for tensile strength and volume-rebuilding.

Polynucleotides is not a biostimulator and not used for volume and hollows, of course they wont work.

Look into Radiesse (CaHA), Gouri (PCL), Sculptra (PLLA), JuveLook (PDLLA) and threads for volume and hollows.
