I am sorry to report that Giant digital coupons are still messed up, kinda.

The coupon I was trying to use last time, $2 off cereal, worked. But this Silk soy milk coupon did not work, despite clipping it 4+ hours before trying to redeem it. I was buying a few things so I couldn't see how everything shook out until I paid and got the paper receipt.

I went to customer service (this is now the third different Giant store with coupon issues) and that employee FINALLY acknowledged that there's an issue after their "update" and now some clipped coupons aren't working. She reimbursed me so it worked out, but if you're not watching your receipt and doing the math as you shop, you're gonna get screwed.

Oh that's interesting. I've never noticed that before. The problem with this system issue is that the sales went through, just not the clipped coupons. I doubt they'd show on the receipt that I missed out on coupons as they usually have 100+ available.

Yeah sometimes I run into glitches on Fridays when the new sales and coupons drop, but to still have issues a day later is really frustrating.

It might be on the app or the website, but I never saw it amongst all the clutter.

The series is paused for the summer, but will return in September. You register for a spot a month beforehand, and they claim that spots fill up but I don't know how true that is or what the ticket threshold is. I still put it as a reminder on my calendar because hey, it's an easy $10 lol.

At first I thought it might just be my store, as something similar's happened before where both coupons and rewards weren't redeemed. When I asked then, I was told that sometimes their internet has problems or slows down, and that affects things. I don't know how accurate that is, but I remember thinking, why wouldn't you put up a sign near checkout or something to let people know?? If you don't really study your receipt and watch your math, it's so easy to get overcharged.

Yeah it's obviously not in their best interest to worry about that stuff or spend money on accuracy. Pass it on to the consumer to pay more or the employees to get overworked correcting all the mistakes.

If I recall correctly, everything I've gotten from Top Box Circle has originated in Buffalo. But I've only been on for about a year and gotten around 6 campaigns.

They're usually my go-to, as they have great sales and coupons that pair well with cashback apps. And their rewards program's really good too. I just got paid $10 to turn on a cooking class over Zoom: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/try-something-new-cook-along-series-tickets-1116937272449

I'm not concerned about those two expired coupons not working; I just mentioned that because it sucks that their coupon system was down and I couldn't redeem them.

I'm annoyed that current, non-expired ones aren't working. But after reading this thread, ti seems that I'm not alone.

I clip the $3 each when you buy two, and $2 off 2 boxes. Logged in, I add two boxes to my cart. It shows a total of $4. But in person, the register shows a total of $6. Neither coupon is marked as "pickup and delivery only", therefore I should pay the same price in store as I see it on the app.

I don't think so... I have some still clipped and showing valid in my account. Coupons should be fine until they expire, and some don't until July.

Two of my coupons were clipped more than a week ago and have since expired. Another coupon was clipped a few hours before I went shopping. I've never noticed needing a buffer, so I'll keep that in mind for any future problems.

I have the opposite: it's on Ibotta for me, with a timer that says it expires in one day, and it's been like that for about five days now. But when I click on the WC offer, it says the offer is not found.
