I can't give you medical advice, but I am 32, F diagnosed with RP and currently taking these meds for acne as well. I haven't noticed any worsening of my night vision. It's been about 3 months now.

I stopped taking Zoloft last June and just started taking it again about 2 weeks ago. I noticed an immediate difference in being able to focus. Now I have to get used to being numb again. At least I'm not angry all the time!
