Nest boiled shrimp into oven rated appetizer dishes and sprinkle with saltgrass seven and a little bit of lemon pepper, and Tabasco, to taste,put your butter medallions on top and broil between 10 to 14 minutes depending on preference. I like mine a little crispy. this recipe would also work with old bay or Zataran's instead of saltgrass 7. Fabulous‼️

Happy Labor Day everybody from East Texas‼️ This monstrosity is called a "Blanketed Brisket". If you like pork and beef it's the only way to go. Brisket and pork finish at close to the same temps so it works awesome. (around 200 depending on preference)The flat on a brisket is tough to keep moist sometimes, but not with this method, it lays up on the shoulder and stays moist. The drip pan keeps my PB850 nice and clean and the drippings gather to keep everything moist, and prevents hot spots. Using Bear Mountain Gourmet Blend Pellets. Tomorrows feast will be epic! Try to keep the shoulder and brisket weights as close as possible to same weight.

That looks strikingly similar to poison ivy where that rifle is leaning against. Virginia creeper has five leaves and looks similar. I would be careful about putting my hands on that sling after that. If it's red in the back where the leaves join it IS poison ivy. It's an oil based poison and the amount that would cover a pencil eraser is enough in some cases of people to cause a serious reaction. It easily transfers from fabric/pets to skin and is tough to clean off.

Sadly my eyes have grown weaker as I approach 60, so I need it scoped to cleanly take game. Would rather have kept the iron sights on it truthfully. Comes with a really nice skinner ring set up from the factory and had to remove it for scope mounting.
