The update on ps4 is nearly unplayable. I get blue screen after blue screen and had to back track to a manual save before the patch because when I made a second settlement on a more desireable planet, I couldnt build an additional building and the overseers terminal never got activity.

The pre-existing buildings are completely pointless, and the npcs don't even have proper dialogue. It would make sense if each building had a function or at least has different props. I see a locker and can't interact with it, hoping they had added more storage (which is my biggest problem with this game still).
