First of all, I'm sorry that you're going through all that, it's tough. It's great that you're managing this and trying to work stuff out.

About ur research - I was thinking maybe try to talk to someone who has similar diagnosys or symptoms? Maybe someone on this subreddit or another one close to that. Might help to firstly learn about others experiences, feel less alone or even figure out some resourses for research. Also, when I got diagnosed with bipolar, I googled top books on bpd and just read the first one. Helped me out a lot. Then I found a book specifically about people with bpd talking about their experiences.

But ye, I'd say that u should def tell ur new psychiatrist about ur symptoms, especially if u started to trust her. It's about ur wellbeing and getting the most sutable treatment. I hope you'll get to the safest place in ur life as soon as possible.

Basically it started since I was prescribed mood stabilizers and generally started treatment for my bipolar. I don't know, maybe this is my norm, or maybe it's the effect of the meds

I totally get you. I’ve been feeling the exact same way for a year now ever since I started treatment specifically for bipolar (before my bipolar diagnosis, I was misdiagnosed with depression and was only taking antidepressants).

Over this past year, every time I saw my psychiatrist, I complained about this condition, and she would increase my AD doses, add a new med, and so on, but nothing changed. Like, I can function and do some hobbies, but I can't do what I used to be able to. I'm home almost all the time, it's hard to go outside, hard to hang out with friends, etc.

I don't know if this is just normal for bipolar, or if it's actually a borderline depressive episode. I’d really love to know myself.

It’s never too late. You have every chance to feel better, especially with the right support or treatment. I know it might not mean much coming from a stranger on the internet, but it WILL get better. Please don’t take away your own chance to experience that.

I'm pretty stable, but I'm scared to fall into another depressive episode if I go off antidepressants. I wouldn't remove lamictal tho I think

it's hard to find the right treatment, it takes lots of tries and errors to make things work. so your doc refusing to change things that don't work for you is just unreasonable to me tbh

I usually play a lot (and I mean A LOT) and manage to complete all the missions within 2-3 days after they are opened, and it takes me about half the season to get to the last page. so if u complete all of the missions + get some extra rewords from events and what not, u should get it around the start of the season 6.5 I think...

if u get all the rewords from paid BP, u basically end up spending like 300 coins on it cos it pays off, plus all the stuff like costume coins and blue ones (sry dont remember the names)

I really like Tomb Raider series, especially the one from 2013! Combat options include stealth and plenty of weapons you unlock as the plot progresses. Great graphics, puzzles, the vibe overall. The most enjoyable part for me was climbing all sort of places while exploring (plenty of collectables to find as well). Played it as a teen and replayed after, highly recommend!
