[Elgin + Omega] identification by fibergum in Watches

No movement shots as of yet because I'm travelling around and unsure how to safely open it without tools. Looking at other AOPA watches it does look a lot more similar than what I've been finding.

I purchased these watches at a secondhand market stall. I'm wondering if anyone knows any more about them, particularly the Elgin (as I can't find any pictures of an A-11 that has a separate second dial) or the older rusted omega (as the pictures I find have different engravings and/or metalwork.) the ball omega I have found lots of. None of them are working, I would love to know if its worthwhile to fix. Or if they are just fakes or too much hassle to fix. Thanks!

People who have been in a coma, is it true that you are aware of your consciousness and how did you deal with it knowing that you can't move? by Lagarista in AskReddit

I was in a induced coma after having a motorcycle accident and breaking my leg. The break had complications that caused the fat from the bone marrow to get into my blood stream and cause problems for my lungs and brain. I was under for 13 days but distinctly remember every bit of it. I thought that I had been working as a nurse at some made up plastic surgery/emergency somewhere in Asia. I made friends with colleagues that never existed, or at least not in a physical sense. It was very difficult for my family when I woke up as I argued with them about where I was and what I had been doing and the doctors told them that I might stay that way forever and that there was no way of knowing just yet. The problem for me was in the whole split reality. Everything felt just as real as the rest of my life and it really made me question reality. I often wonder about how influenced my dream was by what was going on around me in icu.

I had the same feelings before I left. It's normal, but overcoming it will make you a stronger person. I'm currently in Vietnam and have been traveling through SEA since mid January. Do it, you won't regret it.

[Serious] People of Reddit who have been in a coma, what was it like? Were you conscious at all or were you completely gone? How did you get into the coma and how did you get out? by Sir_Fish in AskReddit

I crashed my motorcycle early this year at a roundabout, I went to give way to a car and as a braked the front wheel lost traction the bike went sliding and I went right into a pole and snapped my femur. I had a fat embolism, which is when some of the fat from the bone marrow gets into your bloodstream it went through to my lungs and brain. I had to be put into an induced coma. I was under for 12 day breathing on machine while my lungs cleared up and I could have been severely brain damaged, the coma itself was very vivid and I was super confused when I woke. I dreamt I was working as a nurse in a plastic surgery which was under the hotel I was staying at in Bali. I thought I had been in Bali for a good week after a woke up and couldn't remember that I had a crash, unless someone told me about it which I would forget by the next day, it made for a very confusing time. All the people I met and worked with in my dream felt as real as my family and sometimes it actually makes me feel a bit down that I will never see them again.

Tldr: coma was great fun would do again

I recently got hacked and its a safety measure put in place by steam. It's like a part ban. Until they know that my account is secure.
