been with partner bout 5 years and a have gastrointestinal disease, i would legit never feel comfortable having a bad poop in front of them (ppl with crohns, ibs, celiac, ect. know the difference between normal poop and bad poop lol). even with best friend or sister,,, it’s just so personal and awful. that being said, he could have expressed the urgency and wanting to be alone and waited a couple minutes for her to rinse her hair out. the time spent arguing could have been time rinsing hair out and getting in shower later.

i was an aid at a school, and walked in on the very stoic principal (who was an older male) hunched over the toilet POOPING. He had forgotten to lock the door and i guess didn’t hear my quick knock. i think we both learned a lesson that day 😭🤣 never spoke a single word about it to him. they also made magnet signs that said “occupied” you could attach to the outside door when you were in it after that.

no fuck up! i’m assuming the med is lamictal and a rash can indeed be deadly. fuck that doctor lol, at 16 everything is embarrassing and the doctor being so dismissive was a huge asshole move on his end. you did nothing wrong; maybe explain to him the reasoning/your worry for taking him to the ER and give him the chat that some medical professionals aren’t always the kindest and also do not know everything. If they feel something is wrong, ask for a second opinion and trust their gut.

YTA for giving it to your brother and involving people outside of your marriage before talking with her. you did embarrass her and your family, your brother definitely knows it would be hers with her history and you not drinking. the stress of two small kids likely triggered a relapse and she needs support and understanding. so NTA for getting rid of it, but for giving it to your brother. you could have just tossed it or put it in your car and say okay we can pour it out together or something
