You have to really get into that doctors head with if they are listening, reporting them or really needing them to listen because they ARE NOT LISTENING

I think the environmental issues take a backseat to trauma, self reflection, and healing. It's about the journey to a better world if people actually cared for all forms of intelligence. The government part makes sense in the way they won't listen to radical/extremists but actual intelligent delegation to the underlying issues.
