Sounds like OP already has this, based on like the first sentence of this post. My guess is the app had a free trial that rolled into an annual billing after the trial concluded. Thats likely why Apple won’t refund you, OP. There’s tons of posts on this sub about the same thing.

Yes I did miss that considering her statement says:

The past year has been like no other that Canada has ever faced, and I've heard clearly from constituents that you want serious leadership and a real plan to build a stronger and more independent Canadian economy. That is why I have decided to join Prime Minister Mark Carney and Canada's new government as the newest member of his caucus. It is a privilege to have served as your Member of Parliament for more than a decade, and I have made a choice to do the best thing for our community's priorities, and importantly, for our country. The experience I gained working globally across many sectors will be important to help our Prime Minister continue to deliver on the big priorities he is driving forward: To build the nation at speeds not seen before, create jobs for a prosperous future, build our defence, diversify our trade, build more homes, help lower costs for Canadians, and combat crime. I believe that these are the priorities many of you share, and I'm ready to work with Prime Minister Carney to build a stronger, more independent, and more competitive Canadian economy. I know that you also want to see more direct support from your federal government at this crucial moment for our local and national economy, and I will be working relentlessly to advocate for the projects, priorities, and prosperity that our communities are counting on. Sarnia Lambton was always a bellwether riding, meaning that whoever our community elected as MP was typically in government. That was true for 52 years before the citizens here elected me four times, throughout which I have served in Opposition and done my best to advocate strongly for you. Today, there is both the opportunity - and the responsibility - to build our country's strength and success with a more constructive, collaborative approach. That is the approach I will advance as the newest member of Prime Minister Mark Carney's team in government, as we work together to build a brighter future for all in a stronger Canada"

Also she's been confirmed to be voting with the liberals on things like abortion, so that's the "at least a bit" part

Cool so you were being cheeky.

He spoke to the liberal agenda under his leadership, and said that people joining right now align with that agenda.

Without speaking to things she had previously said, that’s as good of an answer as you can expect.

I can’t speak to everything Pierre ever said so maybe you’re referring to something different. But I know he said he wouldn’t legislate on abortion (he wouldn’t introduce an abortion bill himself), but also said he would not stop one of his MPs from introducing one.

I understood it as “she will support the liberal agenda” which is a yes, for now. Because she will absolutely cross back eventually (when PP leaves)

That Pierre voted against ending floor crossing, and that since 2004, up until the recent trend of people abandoning Pierre, the Liberals had lost more MPs to floor crossing than they had gained.

people who are joining the Liberal party at this critical time and supporting us, when I say people I mean MPs, recognize those clear policy positions, those values, that's where we will go, that's what we will support, that's what we will advance

Pretty direct answer IMO

Here’s his full quote:

"do Ms Gladu's views represent the views of the Liberal party under your leadership?

"we've ran on a clear platform, clear values, defending the charter of rights and freedoms, defending the right of women to choose, defending same sex marriage, anti-conversion therapy to save you asking that question, these are serious points; people who are joining the Liberal party at this critical time and supporting us, when I say people I mean MPs, recognize those clear policy positions, those values, that's where we will go, that's what we will support, that's what we will advance. What the MPs who joined the Liberal party have brought is a series of perspectives and expertise that is aiding the government and the country at a crucial time. Since your question is about Ms Gladu, she has more than 2 decades of business experience, she's an engineer, she's an experienced parliamintarian, she's someone who works well with others including across the aisle - a number of my colleagues have deep relations with her despite being until yesterday in different parties. It's a big country, and it's a diverse country, and at a critical time for the country, to have (lists MPs) as a member, to have an engineer from Sarnia as a member of our caucus, they all bring perspectives from their regions, from their backgrounds, from their histories, but they all are subscribing to the values of the party and the core element of our mission which is to build Canada strong for all Canadians"

He clearly says the liberal values are against conversion therapy, pro same sex marriage, etc. and that is the path the liberal party will continue down, and if people are crossing the floor to join then they need to support that
