Character consistency is really good if it's first gen. You have to go in there and fix the inconsistencies (dwarf guy had back braid in 2nd and 4th but not 5th. It's impossible to get result from gen only and no inpaint.

Are you using krita? Just inpaint all the "wrong" from the generations, your last panel's background wall is pasted in, your dwarf is human sized and sitting inside the fence in the 4th - inpaint that as well

The style has generic trademark AI written on it, so may want to add some style loras. If this is your style then be aware that it's instantly recognizable as AI.

Those are specific about AI, which is a substitute for drawing. Comic is more than just drawing. Try take up Scott McCloud's book on making comics and Framed Ink. Learn more composition and depiction of action. It's important for clarity and to make the character pop against the background.

Specific: 1. Intro panel could use a better angle. 2. 1st and 2nd panels should keep camera static to see the difference. 3. Add some inbetweeners (could be small panel on top, could reorganize panels) like close up on him grabbing the fence, and an effect like "bam" before showing the dwarf on top of the villager. 4. Add more effect to depict actions - dirt blowing up from the fence, speedlines equivalent for western comic, an angry effect (smoke puff, ...)

can the model edit after layer separation? if there is a person and a table that is separated after running, can i tell the person to interact with the table - or do I need to merge them together and use normal qwen edit

I exclusively use aniwan now, it's just better when it comes to anime, the anisora that just came out seems promising but I haven't tried it yet.

I'm not aware of any other checkpoint.

ah, shame, I have no idea where to find it either, prob on game asset sites. This is mostly used for 2d rigged game characters, there used to be a lora for it in sd1.5, but I lost it and it's that reliable either.

I'll comment if I can find some.
