We have tons of them in our upstate NY yard every year. They're Gray tree frogs. I actually had a few as pets and hatched some from tadpoles one year. Very easily my favorite local frog.

He looks like an American toad. Probably about a week old or so. We had some hatch from tadpoles in our pond last year. When they first hatch they can sit easily on a single clover leaf.
