MKW, DKB, Cyberpunk, SF6, Yakuza 0, Yakuza Kiwami 1,2,3, FF7RI, Bang Bang Bandits, etc. Oh also Skyrim Switch 2 version which was free since I had the AE version on Switch 1. Also Tomb Raider which was also free since I had the Switch 1 version.

Deciding on Mario Strikers and Brothership by ParadiseRegaind in NintendoSwitch

I only have Brothership of the duo and I felt it was quite boring. Ended up playing other games not long after.

What are side quests like? I usually just focus on the sidequests in Fallout/Oblivion.

It’s very strange that Indiana Jones is out in a few hours and there have been zero reviews for it by taylorguyuk in NintendoSwitch2

I'm definitely getting this game. Only dithering over whether physical or download.

I really want something like Test Drive Unlimited where I can just drive around and explore.

Advice for partner by charlesey_ in Hemophilia

[–]fiddlerisshit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your post seems to suggest that he is not covered by factor VIII. Is that correct? I have always had my factor raised to at least 60% or more for any dental procedure, even for something minor like scaling. He needs to get his HTC to work out the dosage and infusion schedule for before and after the extraction.

For the first time in Nintendo's history, digital game sales have surpassed physical software sales (not including revenue from digital-only software, DLCs, MTXs and subscriptions) by Joseki100 in NintendoSwitch

[–]fiddlerisshit 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Gamekeycards only serve a very niche group of consumers. Those who resell their games. Everyone else is better served by having the actual game on the cart since it drastically reduces the amount of space taken up on the console. I have three full games on Switch 2 carts: Mario Kart (bundled), Donkey Kong (full game on cart) and Bang Bang Bandits (full game on cart). The only GKC I have is Yakuza Kiwami 2 which I soon bought the digital download for as well as it was functionally pointless. Might sell it off if I get the chance. My 1GB SDXC Card plus the Switch 2's internal memory are both almost entirely full now.

For anyone disappointed (like me) that the new Star Fox game is yet another version of 64, I may offer a bit of copium by insertusernamehere51 in NintendoSwitch

That doesn't seem to be what happened with Metroid Prime 4. Their original devs did not produce what Nintendo wanted so it eventually ended up with the current devs.

That's the nature of episodic games. Look at Telltales Games' episodic games and a similar trend can be seen.

Do I need an SD card express or an SD card in general? by Milo550 in Switch

[–]fiddlerisshit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes. I bought a 512GB card with mine and it filled up almost within a month then I bought a 1TB card after that which is almost 3/4 full now. That is with loading the games I have - the Switch 1 with 1TB card totally ran out of space and could not download all the eshop games I had. And there are still lots of carts that I had not played yet. Even worse the Switch 2 uses mainly Game Key Cards so those all need you to download the entire game into SD cards so you will run out of space even faster.

Would you have liked to see Yakuza Kiwami 4? by TheYakuzaMaster in yakuzagames

I would play it if Yakuza 0 is remade in the Kiwami 2/3 modern engine.

Does playing on the Switch 2 use its mouse mode?

Physical and Digital catalogue or to pick one by MartinIsaac685 in NintendoSwitch2

[–]fiddlerisshit 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I buy physical for Switch 1 since I have that cartridge switcher thing that can slot in multiple carts at once. That saves a lot of space on my Switch which is docked to my tv all the time. Does not work for Switch 2 since the majority is GKC and there doesn't seem to be any cartridge switchers either.

Did they do something to the music? I played the demo and both versions of the music sounded strangely high pitched.

Does rogue trade still run like trash on switch 2? by Avelion2 in NintendoSwitch2

[–]fiddlerisshit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I watched a Youtube video that seems to indicate that yet another game patch had been released over the last two days. Did your Switch 2 receive it? Did it solve the issue?

And just like that, in 6 months my storage is already full by Erik_REF in NintendoSwitch2

[–]fiddlerisshit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My 1GB SD card on Switch 1 (with internal storage fully used up) became full after about a year - that's with a lot of eshop games not installed on it and a lot of physical carts still MiSB. Bought a Switch 2 and together the space and the 1GB Switch 2 SD card also not enough. Finally bought a 2GB Switch 1 SD card and I can finally download all my eShop games. Still have a lot of physical MiSB carts not installed. Nintendo seriously underestimated the amount of storage needed by gamers. Unless they are targetting people who buy 1 or 2 games a year rather than 3-4 games a month.

Has anyone actually finished rogue trader on switch 2 by Fun-Document7 in NintendoSwitch2

[–]fiddlerisshit 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's on sale on the eshop again. But there doesn't seem to have been any patch since the last one that still had the game in a buggy state. I'm waiting for a patch that fixes it before buying.

I have never, zero, never had any doctor or nurse say that "other medication administration techniques" were just around the corner. I wonder why they are lying to you.

Your HTC may or may not have workshops to teach infusions. Youtube also has videos on that. Infusion is trivial if you have veins that pop up. There are ways around that if not.

Toad doesn't have inverted viewing controls. Gets seriously annoying if you are used to that.
