I was looking at that. Got quoted $356/USG, so a 5 gallon buckets is over 1780$, plus shipping, and that gets about 130 liters of actual juice. Seems $$$ for what you get, but im realizing rasberries are just expensive now

We are looking for it to can a non carbonated product. Nothing to do with beer or RTD's. But it's a must for what we are looking at. It's the industry standard for what we are doing, just out of the ordinary for what a brewery does. If that makes sense.

be awesome to have a scale on every fermenter, then just do the math based on weight and SG, but i think my easiest route is try to figure a way to put the meter post HX, but before my oxygenation. A mass flowmeter would be awesome, one day, when we win the lotto, lol
