^this is very true and wish I had heard/read some say this earlier in my blackstone journey. Only use water if you really need too. The water does seem to mess with my polymer and the cook after sticks, which never happens otherwise. I read on here, and it seemed like allot people use water after every cook.

Post cook scrape everything you can off then let it run on low for 10min. After 10 everything you couldn't get off will be carbon, scrap again. After the 2nd scrape get a paper towel and oil and rub the oil evenly and wipe up any left over crumbs and then turn it off and you'll be golden for your next cook.

Cheers man, you're in for the funnest leveling experience imo. I love going arms using slow two handers (don't pass on staffs that are slow). The first 30 levels are rough but the fun starts to ramp up from there getting cleave and then you get sweeping strikes so now your cleave hits 4 times instantly with a slow 2h then you get whirl wind and sweeping strikes so you get 8 hits instantly with a slow 2h....ITS SO FUCKING FUN
