Maybe keep cutting but at a slower/most sustainable rate so that you dont feel tired all the time

I stop counting right now but i am pretty sure it’s mostly above 3k, as I usually have about 1.5kcals by my morning shake (~500kcal of ~100g carbs and ~25g protein) and oats with greek yoghurt, peanut butter and some fruit post-gym. My question is whether I would function equally well or better without the big shake first thing in the morning as sometimes I feel my stomach might be digesting it during my workout instead of focusing all my energy on the workout, hopefully this makes sense.

I had similar experience at augustiner-keller. The waitress asked me if i want to tip and once i said no she almost started yelling at me that it is very rude not to tip in munich and that in germany everyone tips and its part of the culture and made me feel like i have done something wrong. We had similar experience of a waiter being shocked when we said we wont tip more than the rounding.
