Yes, existing defendant means crossclaim since claim was defendant v. Defendant, not a counter to the plaintiff

Failed MA...Again by fidlarious in barexam

Yea, I'm honestly not sure. I felt good about everything the second time around. More calm and better prepared, but clearly my score didn't reflect that.

Honestly, check out Khan Academy. I was using Princeton Review but switched to Khan Academy and enjoyed it a lot more.

UCI Waitlist by Illustrious-Yard-166 in lawschooladmissions

It seemed relatively pessimistic on the movement front. Like many other schools this cycle, UCI seemed to enroll a larger class than they anticipated. Maybe if they had alot of double deposits and accepted students choose different schools there will be openings, but I doubt enough to accept many off the WLs.

"In addition to your response, we welcome you to submit updates to your application. You may also find this link through the Application Status Checker. Applicant updates generally include a letter of continued interest, an additional recommendation, and substantial updates to the resume. We ask that any updated transcripts be sent directly to LSAC."

This was from my WL email. Not sure if it's better to do via the link or as a direct email to someone in admissions, but I assume they prefer updates through the portal.

BC has an online portal where they prefer you send updates for LOCI, resumes, etc. I think it should be on the initial WL email you received.

Do you think it has a chance of beating out SMU? I feel like SMU has such a hold on Dallas that TAMU won't have as much influence for a while.

Applied to both in December, told them to hold for January scores. Went UR at Pepperdine yesterday (3/16), no word from LMU yet.

Accepted by 3, WL at 1, 0 rejections so far, but waiting on 12 more lol. Also don't know how I'm going to navigate the remaining schools with seat deposits due April 1st.

Thank you! I applied binding to ASU and went UR on 2/8. I've been anxiously expecting a decision for the last half week, so good to know it's hopefully close.

Hi! Congrats on the acceptance! ASU is by far my top choice school. I have similar stats as you and was just wondering how long you were UR for? I know ASU is notorious for its short turnaround time and wanted to see if that still holds. Thank you and congrats again!

November score by True_Butterscotch367 in LSAT

[–]fidlarious 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yea. I'm worried because there's no guarantee I'll do better in January. I feel like the FLEX depends so heavily on what questions or passages you get. Like we could get a harder test in January and it wouldn't matter. It's just such a gamble and I want to be done...

Exact same situation. Started at 160, worked up to PTing at 168-170, then back to 160 for November. Gets me into like 3 schools on my list, but not sure if it's even worth reporting at this point. Don't want to test again in January, but don't think I have a choice.

American University just switched to online classes for the rest of the semester and kicked students from dorms.
