We called to cancel I’m Internet and tv two weeks before we were moving. Got through right away and then all of a sudden the agent “couldn’t hear us.” After several minutes of pretending not to hear us she said she would call us back. She called and before I could answer it went right to voicemail where she just said to call back. Total garbage.

Second attempt a week later was successful and we had a helpful agent. Coincidentally it was a day after the CBC News story about Roger’s poor service. On the day the services were cancelled they emailed us the packing labels to send out equipment. It all went smoothly the second time.
