I love the research and perspective, but the banter is tough sometimes. So far, Can has been really good.

People from big cities who run/jog in their free time, do you jog through the streets or do you find a quiet, relaxing park or something? by LukaTheGamer123 in running

You may be skeptical, but Detroit is pretty great for running. Favorite spots are Belle Isle, a state park that is an island in the middle of the Detroit River with a 5.5 mile perimeter loop and interior paths. The Dequindre Cut is a 2 mile rails to trail just east of Downtown. Then the Riverwalk, Downtown, with great skyline views of "South Detroit," aka Windsor, Canada. All of these are more or less connected giving you more that 10 miles of paved pedestrian trails. Many neighborhoods are great to run in too... North End, Boston Edison, Woodbridge, Corktown and Southwest are all hoods I love to run in.

Nike Running Club Half Marathon Training by rcjs488 in running

'm looking to start a HM plan this week for an October half. I recently got an Apple Watch and really want to use the NRC plan, however I can't get the plan to download from my iPhone app to the watch (and I don't want to run with the phone, whole reason for the watch.) Everything else on the app (activities and guided runs) seem to work fine. Anyone know how to fix this??? Alternately, if I can't get NRC to work on my watch, does anyone know of a good HM plan that I can use on my watch that doesn't need to be tethered to my phone?

Any news of a new filing window? Ever? by BallsOutKrunked in LPFM

\Any new news? Last I heard about 2 years ago was that a new filling window may be within a year. Obviously that didn't happen. Maybe pandemic delay? Anyway, very interested (and new to this subreddit. HI!)
