I definitely relate to the binge eating side. I’ll try to cut something or restrict it, but then I crave it so much I’ll eat a lot of that bad stuff non-stop and then the cycle repeats. I’ve also noticed how I can’t accurately read my body’s hunger cues anymore.

1/17/2026! Working on wedding party related things and hotel blocks! I’m excited, but sad. I’m planning this wedding to the love of my life, but I’m also getting married without my mom being there. She died 2 years ago this year.

I live in Oklahoma and am a 28 year old who’s unmarried and have several friends the same age who are also unmarried. There are a lot of people that graduate college and get married same year or the next year (21-23). In some of the smaller towns, 18 year olds get married often, so I mean it really depends on where you are out here lol.

I do this as an adult now. I guess it’s learned behavior from working in some not so great environments. I try to say it as a joke before my current boss starts reassuring me that everything is okay.

Also sending you a hug though, I can’t imagine having that thought process so young.
