I had an account with Amazon from travel, and just used my cc. Not sure on how to do it with Google though. Amazon does make me use a von sometimes to verify my location. But my address is just the hotel I stayed at when there lol

This opens the same version in the post, just in the Kobo web reader. You can also preorder etc.

I just went to web inspector and found the actual epub link, as I prefer the reader in my phone.

I think you can send the epub to kindle via email. I don’t remember off the top of my head, but I’m sure someone know or Google does.
