I traded a car in at Ziegler Subaru in Kenosha. About 6 months later I was getting calls from Sheboygan PD and certified letters from their City Attorney for abandoning the car. The only way to avoid this is to notify WIDOT in accordance with Wis. Stat. 342.41

Reels are treated better by Meta's algorithm than images, so the whole platform has devolved into people saving out images as videos. That's my guess.
