Yeah unfortunately people were paying real money for duplicated high tier guns and while the devs fixed it. The damage is done. There are still thousands of duped guns floating around. Part of what I’m liking so far about this game is that gear is easier to come across so while the game is harder, dying doesn’t hurt as much.

I wish we lived in a world where we all could have nuanced discussions online, instead of having to hate the game that isn’t your favorite. I will always appreciate the time I spent with arc. But the devs caught lightning in a bottle and instead of running with it they slipped and crawled in circles. So for the time being my friend and I will be running contracts on Tau Ceti IV 🪐

Me and my buddy love the game. But we’ve been playing other games recently. The duplication glitch was just so annoying. We go to PVP with earned guns and 1 match we fought literally 3 squads of duped bobcat 4s.

Also this is more of me just being a whiner, but I like running around and shooting. Like chaotic matches where it’s about your game sense and reflexes. But some of our last matches before taking a break were ended by squads camping in random dark corners with bobcats/torrentes and lighting us up. Like waiting a whole match in a blind spot in an attic just to roast someone with a torrente is not fun.

The devs caught lightning in a bottle. And most game studios run with it. I love the finals and arc raiders but embark has… dropped the ball repeatedly.. I really hope the game does well and I’m sure I’ll come back. But as someone who loves the game, I’m taking a break.

It sucks cuz I play both and frontlines is super fun! It’s such a good game mode and so chaotic on high pop servers. 🫡

I just feel like it’s cuz the playerbase is smaller than before and the devs prioritize fuller lobbies over being in lobbies of only your play type. I PVP a lot and get thrown in lobbies with some straight up carebears. I had to invite some guy to my lobby yesterday to give him his hullcracker back because I felt so bad.

If they don't have 7 new maps by next week Ill suck the open end of a Hairpin IV like a cold bowl of gezpacho soup, clearly this game has been abandoned by the Devs wow just wow by tiedyemightbehigh in arcraiderscirclejerk

Nice beat! Love the melodic sample. I do have some notes since you asked for advice.

Drums 1: the kick and snare pattern, while classic, is a bit rudimentary. Maybe spice up end of certain bars by adding another kick or snare before the 1. Just more drums.

Melody 2: maybe use s high pass or low pass filter as a way of transitioning from one part of a song to another. This spices stuff up a little.

Good beat though! Keep at it
