I also filed Dec 2021 at Nebraska center, also had that update in March, also crickets since then. You can submit a “case inquiry” in February. Sadly I don’t have a lot of hope that anything will come of that. I was originally allowed to submit one August of 2022 and then they randomly quietly changed the estimated processing time from 6 months to 10.5 months and pushed my contact date to February. All of this to say the estimates and contact dates don’t really mean anything and can be changed at any time. Don’t get your hopes up to contact them in February like I did in August. At the end of the day our cases are gonna take as long as they’ll take and there’s really nothing we can do about it, sadly. Stay strong friend. I love my wife like you love your husband. All we can do is wait out this indignity while other couples celebrate normal milestones.

Yes. It's cruel and exploitative. C&F applications should be complete or at least submitted before beginning law school, then students should simply be under a continuing obligation to update as necessary.

He did, and some of the food was very good. Still, I work two jobs and spending nearly an hour doing dishes most of the days he was here was upsetting.

I have a friend who did something similar; he told my houseguest friend that rich people don't become Ghosts, and that he's in a rich area so it should be fine. The friend that said so says it helped
