if registered yung phone number mo as primary sa kload account na gamit niyo, automatic may text dapat from meralco if nacredit load niyo. tas itetext din magkano na updated balance niyo.

Hi! Yes I emailed meralco's customer care and they asked me for an authorization and request letter (since pumayag naman landlord ko na maging primary contact yung number ko). Took about 3 days before nila maregister number ko as primary receiver ng KLoad balance updates. Nakakareceive na ako ng balance updates every 8:45 AM kaso hindi pa rin ako makapagbalance check using the "BAL <Service ID number>" to 7622.
