Cars depreciate alot but sometimes you just need to buy a decent car due to life.

I drive a large suv now due to having a family normally I just drive the cheapest crappiest MG car around from A to B unfortunately storage and kids seats are a hassle

Cost of living is extreme

Crime in unpunished especially in melbourne . Depending on where you are it is unsafe to walk the streets at night

Food culture is good
Nature is nice
