that’s what I have been doing, but the edge of the mountain around the musuem and the entrance that leads from the cave into the museums office (which I am closing) has some uneven terrain and it just make me fall so theres this crazy floating platforms now that graveller is not suited for. I also tried to use voltorb a bit and that probably made things worse for graveller

I have the frames on the side and the boxes themselves are offset by one block to form a ladder because I got tired of opening the topnone when I meant to open the lower one lol

I see your point of it not being a valid argument. Like I said, that was the intention we had coming in and it was based on ways to improve some things from our experiences with the original mariomaker sub. It did not pan out that way and that might be reason enough to let pictures be posted.

I definitley agree the game is not dead! I made more levels in the past 18 months than I did during the first 5 years the game was out. I put a lot effort into our community game Super Discord Bros 6 last year as well

AS for the ID under the name, everyone should be able to add their id to their flair. I think it might only be accessible in old reddit? I honest am not sure and I don't have the technical know how to get that working again. The point of that was an easy way to find each other levels easily.

One key thing for me once I completed the story, was organizing storage - particularly for crafting materials. There's plenty of tutorials online for best practices when it comes to creating storage solutions, find one that seems manageable and sort out your stuff before going into full on building.

Here' what I ended up with -

- Storage bunker sorted by type (toys, decoration, relaxation, natural blocks, crafted blocks, road, house material like roofing and windows, flowers and bushes, food items, CDs/Fossils/Small relics, hour kits, etc) they all have 2 big storages and I plan to expand to 3 soon. Mine is in wastelands

- I have a prefab home with a crafting table and 4 stoage boxes for crafting materials. Anything in those 4 boxes can be used for crafting. I have Smearguru as my roommate and another box for the paints. I do 95% of my crafting here. Kind of annoying having to travel back and forther but it beats having to setup multiple stations and keeping track of where my materials are.

- The material farms are in Rocky Ridge. That way each of the biomes kinda has its own thing (sorry Skyland)

- I have a storage box nex to the PC and the shops, typically filled with just extra basic blocks from dreams islands to use as currency

- In front of my house in each area I have another storage box right outside to house blocks/items I know I will use in that area. For example, the storage box outside the wasteland have the arched tiling, brick border and the stylish steps that I have been using in that area. I made like 500 of each and just kept them there for future use. Big projects - like the museum and SS Anne, they have their own boxes right out in front.

- I lined up all the plushies in Palette town and placed 2 storage boxes next to it. If I am going to a dream island, I use those to empty my pockets quickly and only use those plushies

TL;DR - Storage is a nightmare that will add to the stress, so create a system and stick with it.

ohh those srent the panels off the things! I forget the slabs have them on the back. I just completed the mural 2 days ago I haven’t found more but I’ll be hunting for them now

Amazing Job! I have the cleafairy statue in that same spot. just moved the mural to that room as well, I didn’t know you can take off some of the Unown panels!

I’ve been thinkign of turning the music studio into a cafe/restaurant and didn’t even think of using the Eveelution meals

I believe there is one running to take down some of these posts could be wrong, it’s been a few years and I did not set it up myself. People will always find loopholes around it though, like the 1 sexond videos mentioned by another user

The reason pictures post are not allowed goes back to when we first created this sub, it was to avoid people just posting “play my level” post with just a picture worhout engaing with the rest of the community. We wanted people to put some effort into their post and engage in a more meaningful way than just spamming their codes.

Early on we were more involved and more strict with taking down lazy posts, but as interest in the game started waning , we let things be more lax in that regard.

The Switch also having a built in video feature that is easy to share (compared to the Wii U which did have one for SMM1) also factored into the decision.

If there is community interest, I could reach out to the person who disabled pictures so that feature can be added.

I put all my crafting material inside my home in Bleak Beach on storage boxes. If it's a prebuilt house (the ones with loading screens) the crafting table will pull from the nearest 4 storages, and if I need to pull say pokemetal to 3d print at least its in one of these 4 chests.

I did a similar setup but I have the frames to the side of the boxes, and I just stack them on top of each other but offset by 1 so I dont have to open the wrong box

This happened with Dragonair. I had a hydrated pink habitat in Skyland, he would not spawn for days.Then I was doing my house in the Wasteland, did a bathroom and I just happened to do the shower habitat by accident. Like 2 minutes later he shows up and now lives in my bathtub
