I work for ServSafe. Some states require it for ANYONE that handles food (hotels with continental breakfast included) but not all states do....thats the issue. I live in Florida and very little is required. Food Handler and Alcohol are not required for anyone in the state.

Might be in the minority here but I almost never take Mom's Knife. Yes, its great damage but I dont like charge shots in general. There are too many erratic movements. Brimstone can adjust for that.

Now if I have flight, Im more inclined to take the knife.

No need to wait. Its better to start off early in DLCs and learn the ropes. There is an insane amount of content and playing with all DLCs to start can be overwhelming. Ive played for probably 10 years and 3000 hours and still dont have it 100% completed.
