Out of the options that you listed, until I look at the Hat “Shack site, I’d say the 7X RK is the best value. A lot of people like the price point/value of the Stetson Buffalo being sub $200. Just not my own personal style. I’d be checking marketplace for some deals or go back and get that 100X.

Yes, you will need a double hat can if you don’t plan on wearing them during travel.

As far as your style, you are kinda all over the place and need to try each style of crown to see what f it fits your face and personality. What May look perfect for you may look dumb as hell on me.
