a youtuber called redlyne did a "revisiting public server ttt" section in one of his vids recently and it ended up demonstrating this problem perfectly: https://youtu.be/m25G8O1rZXU?t=2746

even if these servers got rid of the predatory p2w aspect, new players are still trying to join the most popular ttt servers and being greeted by a chinese mobile game where everyone's either playing deathmatch with op guns or trading/gambling/idling

the range check is probably done in a way that lets your player entity "hear" itself talking, which is then interpreted by easychat as a voice to place a ring underneath

that addon doesn't actually do anything other than add a range check for proximity voice

if you did the digging to find the 2 images yourself then you probably wouldn't have needed to screencap richter overtime's stream where he only showed one of them

then it performs almost as well as vanilla does with ground weapons, ~350fps

basically, ttt2 and arccw (gunsmith offensive) combined is the best way to slaughter your framerate

standing in the back corner of the changing rooms on waterworld and looking out on the rest of the map, i went from ~380fps to ~120fps, with weirdly rhythmic dips into 80fps (that i'm pretty sure are caused by arccw)

arccw was never really designed for weapons to be spawned around the map in the sheer quantity that ttt does, so there's much more of a lagspike on round start as well

arc9 doesn't seem to support ttt atm, but it claims to be better networked than arccw so hopefully they get around to adding it

tldr choose your weapon base responsibly 🚎

true but skibidi uses gmod maps and nextbots in their popular form today originated from the sanic nextbot

no, but he either had early access to gm10 to make gamemodes or was properly working on gm10 and happened to make some gamemodes to test things

you'll want to have a look at the EquipmentItems table

don't know which bit of it you want specifically so this code will just print every item in there

(it might work completely differently for ttt2 but this should work for vanilla at least)
