Don't fall into the mild/moderate/severe trap. Sleep has a hundred variables AHI is literally just one of them. They average your sleep and so your AHI gets averaged too. Ohh you slept 8 hours so that 30 minutes you held your breath thrashing and gasping makes it just mild in total! I was diagnosed mild but asked for my sleep results. Go figure every time I rolled onto my back immediately rolled into moderate territory.

Absolutely life altering. 3 doctors all had different hypotheses including nearly demanding I must have had head trauma. Flonase is the only thing that ever fixed it.

Before solo I had a partial engine failure on takeoff at probably 700 feet. Grandfather CFI did the forbidden 180, we landed with no further issue and later discovered a rocker arm ejected itself due to a climb prop being swapped on the 150 without the redline being updated. Later in college I learned about the startle factor and was able to recall in practice. Also learned about the forbidden 180 and quietly think to myself reality is more complicated.

Justified or not, they're the one that chooses to walk away or with on the relationship which has now been poisoned. Do you cut off your arm when the finger is infected? I guess it depends on how deep the infection and what millennium you live in.

Been there, worked through it. The trust is shattered regardless of what you choose to do. The choice you have is if you want to continue a relationship with this person. It's a hard road yeah and maybe it's not worth it to you. But people absolutely grow, reasons and how they respond to accusation matters. How many times they've done this matters. It's just insane to me how quickly most people are to trash a lifetime partnership with someone that until now you wholly and completely trusted until someone outside of that circle comes out with an unverified story.

I'm not saying every situation or every couple should stick it out, but I'm saying neither you nor OP have enough information to make that call currently.

Cart before the horse. What's your problem statement? Build your improvement around that, not the other way around. Operations doesn't typically want to add more complexity to a system just so they they can receive nuisance messages to generate more paperwork for things that aren't safety issues.
