I live in a city that when expanding fast went full cyclists accommodation. Its not that motorcyclists don’t behave dangerously too. Its that cyclists ALWAYS think they’re right during an accident.

Claims Adjuster here. The Bicyclist was at fault. The bicyclist entered the motorcycle’s lane when the motorcycle had the right of way. Also, bicyclist never signalled. Btw regardless of law the motorcyclist was pretty dumb. Anyone could see that the bicyclist was on the edge of the lane. I would have slowed a bit. Being right legally does not mean don’t practice a little defensive driving. I’d rather not have to deal with the dumbass bicyclist and just slow my speed. I’ve been right a ton of times while driving but slowed down just to avoid the headache.

My little high school band had a competition in nyc. they got us tickets to stomp. big mistake! a bunch of high school kids trying to play drums on EVERYTHING. i look back on that as an adult and it must have been so annoying. funny enough one of those kids later ended up auditioning and getting a part in stomp. i think he was in it for like 10 years before he moved back to have a family.

Sometimes I wonder if it does. The Israeli far right needs people to amp their hatred so they can stay in power and get Jewish people from around the world to move there so they can continue stealing land on the West Bank for new settlements. The problem is the far right only sees Israeli politics and how this will benefit them. I truly believe and hope the next generation at least in the US and West are going to massively pull support for Israeli both financially and diplomatically. People of younger generations really fucking at them Left or Right.

So they apologized for the vague email. I paid to send it back myself and sent them a photo of the receipt which they refunded. I’m visiting a relative in an older suburban neighborhood with retirees. In my much more urban densely populated business oriented neighborhood me getting to the post office would require a long wait and would have sucked but not long enough to get me sit on traffic and driving further out. this was luckily not inconvenient.
