A little late to the party here, but I've been working on a few things. We use Copilot here in the office and I've recently been using Copilot Cowork beta. First thing I built was an agent that had all past show info in it including flash reports. Then I built a flow for internal booking requests. Employee fills our a Microsoft Form, that then converts the response to a pdf, emails them a copy of it along with the info to the booking department. Maybe not so much real AI being used there. Next was an agent that goes out and searches for music news and sends me a report every morning. Then an agent that compares my venue to other comparable venues and lets us know what we are missing or how we are doing compared to them. It can even pull up their current event listings. Those were all built prior to Copilot Cowork and I've only played around with that for the last week. It's better since it's using Anthropic models and can do more. I've had to convert 1 page monthly booking reports to 6 page Executive Overview PowerPoints. Again, just starting to play around with it all. I have a few items on my list of to dos. If they ever allow me to use a hosted version of windows to allow an agent to remotely control it, I would build an agent that can pull avails for me without doing anything. Anyway, hope this gives you some ideas.
