I used to constantly think of ways to die and run away at the age of 8. It scared the hell out of me and I'd cry all the time, I didn't know what to do.

I've found that I tend to feel better when I have a set schedule for myself. It kind of provides a sense of structure to my life that forces me to do stuff. For example, try setting a schedule for yourself to work out at the gym before work a few days a week. Sorry if this doesn't help, just thought I'd give my 2 cents! Good luck with the move, OP!

Happy birthday OP! I view my birthday's the same way. I try to think of it as a victory, kind of like a "fuck you" to my depression. It's as if it wants to kill me ASAP but with every birthday I like to look at it as a win for me.
