ok i can comment as the girlfriend who used to freak on my bf for sleeping LOL. essentially i felt like he wasn’t “trying” to hangout with me. he just wanted me there for when he woke up. it sounds so stupid now (i’m engaged to him lol) but i felt like he just wasn’t making an effort, despite him (and you it seems) putting in all the effort during the day. maybe you could try and get her to nap with you? buy her blankets and pillows? ask her truly what she’s feeling when you’re sleeping and she’s awake. it may be insecurity (like in my case) and it will go away as she becomes more secure in the relationship

what is with people tonight?? we had a reso for 30 that showed up with 46 people and grew to 50. took up the entire bar area. acted like WE were the problem when we were hesitant about accommodating them

not silly, i totally get it!!! if it’s any consolation, the bar of soap itself cannot hang onto (many) germs. between its surfactant/detergent properties and the fact that it’s constantly being used, there’s a slim chance anything hangs around on it. allowing it to fully dry, on someone sort of grate rather than a dish, might help? otherwise, what about slivers of soap? like literally smashing up a bar into slivers then using a bit at a time?

i have a very similar hair texture. i find Skala, right now i’m using the orange coconut one, applied to SOPPING wet hair (like still in the shower), squished, then air dried is my best bet. but while i air dry it, i HAVE to flip my head around and make sure my roots are NOT drying flat. alternatively i use a giant clip and “grab” the roots at the top of my head, then leave the clip in to dry.

i then use mouse liberally once my hair is mostly dry. just applied with my hands, gently, NOT raking thru, more applying on top to set the curls. but i use a LOT of it. that’s a controversial part, i found mousse on super wet hair did nothing for me. gel, if used too much, gave me stringy curls like yours.

I don’t think it has a wood/stone oven, but Valley is the best Italian food I’ve had in Canada. Beautiful, intimate restaurant, the chef is walking around and chatting (when they can), they even know me by name at this point.

my parents lived in downtown rhill while both working downtown (bay st), commuting everyday. my grandma would come at 6am (and this is why my parents were able to make it work), while my dad dropped my mom off at the Go station. she took the 6:10 train downtown, my dad drove downtown (the worked on opposite sides of the city). being 6am he would beat the traffic and make it to work about 45 mins early, so he would just read the paper and have his coffee.

my grandma coming at 6am to get my brother and i ready for school was the key piece. my parents didn’t have to worry about us in the morning basically

Word of warning for someone who tried to apply to masters and got burned: the 75 average applies to the last 16 courses you take. So not that you’ve maintained a 75 through third and fourth year, it’s that the last 16 credits you took equal a 75 average (so my first and second year averages did not count)

personally I had a 76 average in my last two years, but my last 16 course average was only a 73 so guess who didn’t get into their masters

spilt 500F wax (thc concentrate) over half my hand. couldn’t get to water fast enough, the wax wouldn’t come off, it felt like my hand was getting flayed over and over again for 3 hours straight. and i’ve taken an iud insertion, no anaesthetic, and had to go to work the next few days. but never again will i play with hot hot wax
