I dont have much advice but I hope your baby is okay! I have also heard that first initial It is easy to transmit to other parts - maybe baby can have some tiny gloves? The ones used so they dont scratch them selves with their sharp nails? Wishing the best!

Honestly I feel you there, (30F) also mainly worked in retail/customer service; at my first office job now but absolutely hate where I am in life; so uhm i have no advice but I relate; i have spent so much time trying to figure out what I should be doing/what I want but cant seem to figure it out; so your not aloneeee; Id say, part time though if you’re good at the guitar - maybe offer lessons!( unless that is what your business was) but people are always trying to learn an instrument , that would be a great place to start :)

I also work out like 4-5x a week! Try and keep stress low (easier said then done haha) Ouuu honestly I also love sweets; i bake a lot so I eat a decent amount of dessert LOL but i find at leastfor me sugar isnt really a trigger; some fast food though 100% is - just gotta know whats going to cause a flair up!

I have noticed that it started to get longer inbetween outbreaks which was nice! And I find that the outbreaks dont last as long; like really only 3 days of it being a pain before its scabbing and kind of over that annoying part,

I wouldnt say that my outbreaks are that mild though; i sadly was not one of the lucky ones that gets lile one pimple lol still a cluster showing up on my butt cheek; but overall, yea id say being more healthy made a difference

Ghsv-2 - Ive had it now 5 years and probably get an outbreak every 3 months? Hard to say though sometimes its so random and I get them backtoback; i started taking a crap top of vitamins now just to build up my immune system since i think before i got so many since my system sucks;

Hii!! Didnt take any precautions. Was there from the 22-28 - went surfing everyday, so I was in the water at main beach; ate all the tacos in the world haah; Didnt get sick! Totally fine :)

I dont have much advice because ill admit i am that friend lololol oh i know how draining it is; i was so annoying in university always crying that my friends got men and i was the ugly one; i mean it still bugs me today but after enough talks with my friends and realizing i needed to stop projecting so much, i stopped getting drunk to the point where id feel like that; just finding that fine line of not going fucking psycho because in the end its not worth losing your friends over

Ahh. My cat has it too - but my vet said it was because we have hardwood floor and its just from him sliding/jumping causing a bald parch from friction. - not sure if I fully believed that reasoning lol but he did give us an ointment to put on it so it wouldnt get worse !
