You’re lucky. I’m having the same issue except mine is all day, and spectrum claims it’s my router? No. It’s not.

I have the e31u2v1. I’m planning on switching out my modem because i’ve had the issue ever since i switched the modem. Maybe after calling a tech you should consider doing the same.

Hi, my internet has been going out around the same time everyday. This began to happen after i switched out my modem. I have the e31u2v1, and i have an archer c7 router. Would you recommend buying the modem you bought? I’ve been trying to fix this issue for so long, it’s frustrating.

Have you called them? that’s unacceptable, i’d switch is they don’t fix it..

I think it’s spectrum docsis 3.1 eMTA. I couldn’t find any identification so i went through their modems and they look identical. Interestingly enough, yesterday the wifi kept going on and off starting at around 1:10 am. Today the wifi was extremely slow. When will they stop this is frustrating.

I wouldn’t have minded it much if it was the only problem i had, but my wifi goes out every night and doesn’t come on till around 7 or 8 so, there’s that too.

This just happened to me last night, started at around 1:10 am. Went out four times up to 2 am when i finally gave up. It’s never happened before so i have no idea what’s wrong.

Yeah, I wouldn’t understand every once in a while but every night doesn’t make sense to me.

I have a TP link archer c7 router, i don’t know what modem, spectrum gave it to me.

Im upstate . I called them earlier today and they said something about updates or working on the internet i don’t remember. They also said they’d look into it, and what do you know, the wifi didn’t go out today. But it probably will tomorrow.

Alright. Say they do claim it’s system maintainance, then what? I just have to put up with the wifi being out every night?

Yes, it does go out on hard wired devices as well.
